The first workshop you did for us in December, 2017 was life-changing for me.  At the time, I was unsuccessfully trying to navigate my relationship with my still fairly new supervisor.  We had a mutual respect for each other when we were peers, but when she was promoted, our relationship changed, as expected. After going through your True Colors workshop, I was blown away at how spot on the colors were to both her (green) and my (gold) personalities and how I was doing everything entirely wrong.  I was able to look at our relationship through her lens and adjust my approaches to our 1:1 meetings, our full leadership team meetings and my day-to-day communications with her.  That workshop was the most valuable professional development I’ve participated during my almost 14 years at Neeley because it taught me how to be selfless and consider the other person’s innate and learned behaviors and preferences.  I liken this insight to a football team playbook; when you anticipate and study your defense, you can put a better prepared and more effective offense on the field.
