As a True Colors® Licensed Facilitator and a Personality Lingo® Master Trainer, Kent Dean has presented personality concepts to thousands of individuals over the past 20 years. He has applied the training in diverse industries including advertising, healthcare, education, food services, government, athletics, engineering, construction, financial services and entertainment. He is also the internal trainer for the Bobby Cox Companies, his corporate employer.
Kent is an experienced public speaker, an Advanced Toastmaster, and was a Humorous Speech finalist representing DFW Toastmasters International. Kent is a 27-year veteran of the advertising industry, a Past President of the American Advertising Federation of Fort Worth and the Director of Field Marketing for Rosa’s Cafés, a 50-store restaurant chain located in Texas. He began his advertising career as a writer and photographer with the Freedom newspaper chain and then worked as an account director with a full-service ad agency for 11 years prior to accepting his post with the corporate arm of Rosa’s Cafés – the Bobby Cox Companies. In 2012, Kent received the American Advertising Federation’s prestigious Silver Medal Award for excellence in advertising and creative contributions to the advertising industry.
Kent attended Texas Tech University and holds a bachelors degree in finance – an industry in which he is thankful to have never worked. He and his family reside in Weatherford, Texas.
